Star senior Niri Halperin netted four goals and added an assist for Brooklyn Tech (1-0). Erin Cominsky had a goal and an assist and Olivia Wargo and Kiyana Dunlockeach each added a score.

Tech Fencer a Renaissance Woman
Stephanie Gales found a bit of a loophole – perhaps fitting since she wants to be a lawyer. The Brooklyn Tech senior will attend University College Cork in Ireland next year. There, she will major in international law as an undergrad – something she couldn’t do if she enrolled in college here in the United States.
Wingate Winners Jona Park and Stephanie Gales
Tech students Stephanie Gales and Jona Park were honored last evening at the PSAL Wingate Awards as the top student athletes in their respective sports (Fencing and Volleyball).
Tech Foursome Engineers Path to Prom
The four Brooklyn Tech players who were named to the Outback Steakhouse Empire Challenge New York City roster were pumped up about their selections – especially after no one from the team made it last year. Those emotions changed, though, when they found out the practice schedule.
Track & Field City Championship Results
Sandi Cheng was exceptional in blowing out the field as she was crowned 1500 meter racewalk champion. Her time of 7 minutes 24 seconds is the fastest in the PSAL this year and also another Brooklyn Tech school record. Sandi also pulled her teammate Lin Liang to a top finish as well.
